Medical Qi Gong Workshop (Paida Lajin)

We regularly organize workshops at the center on Paida Lajin, a therapeutic Qi Gong technique that is easy to implement and highly effective. The workshop will take place on certain Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, twice a month. One single workshop is enough to master the technique and practice at home with good results. It is important to read the PDF document to make the most of the workshop, where we will mainly practice.

If you are a couple, attending the workshop and practicing together at home helps optimize the results by motivating each other and assisting with the treatments (especially tapping the back). If you do not have a partner, you can also offer the workshop to a neighbor with health issues to practice together. However, note that you can also practice alone without assistance.

Clothing: Come in casual or sportswear (tracksuit, jogging) that can be easily removed, with a large towel. If you have a yoga mat, bring it. If not, I can provide one for you.

Workshop cost: 70 euros per person, to be paid upon registration. It is a worthwhile investment since, if you practice regularly, you will become your own therapist and will need fewer acupuncture or osteopathy sessions.

Cancellation:
If you cancel 10 days before the workshop date, a full refund of the 70 euros is possible. If you cancel between 10 and 5 days before, your registration can be postponed to another workshop on a date that suits you.
If you cancel less than 5 days before, no refund is possible except in cases of force majeure (in that case, a 35 euro refund).
